The Musae Faction is a comprehensive content production studio and digital agency connecting forward-thinking brands with minority and women creatives to craft narratives that matter.
We are focused on bringing creative women and BIPOC into the forefront of the ad industry to enable brands to reach groups they traditionally have struggled to gain a foothold in by aligning them with authentic stories that resonate with the target audience as well as empowering and elevating women and amplifying black and brown voices.
The Musae Faction began with two women of very different backgrounds frustrated with how much harder they had to work to reach their goals than their male counterparts and the state of the advertising industry.
The future is female.
And we know we can do better.
Headquartered in Seattle, but operating with a talented global network, Anna, the no-nonsense self-made businesswoman, and Sarah, the goal-driven analytical creative, combined their efforts to connect creative women with the very brands trying to reach them in an effort to create tangible and sustainable social change.
Operating on the belief that all women are goddesses, our creative coven was named for the OG creatives: the 9 muses.
If anyone sought inspiration, they were at the mercy of these goddesses that embodied creativity itself. Powerful, discerning women have supported and encouraged creation, enhanced imagination, and inspired change since antiquity. The Musae Faction is a network of talented creatives that bring a fresh and enticing voice to marketing while using their talents to drive relevant social change. We provide strategy, content production, design, and PR as a holistic or individualized service.
Simply put, a rising tide lifts all boats.
When we elevate the standard in the advertising industry by employing those that have not benefited from privilege, we are directly lifting their boats and indirectly lifting even the smallest boats in their communities by shifting stereotypes and promoting racial and social equity.
Societal change happens slowly over time, but one way to speed up the process is to include the pop culture and ads we are constantly bombarded with.
Let’s modify the narrative to drive positive change together.
We are inspired by the strength of women everywhere but motivated by influential women like Hillary, RBG, Liz, AOC.
Our Musae are a creative force to be reckoned with and a light and inspiration to all women desiring better for themselves and their communities.
